Video Marketing
Written by zackpow on February 19, 2009 – 7:02 pm -Video marketing is one of the fastest ways to get your message out to prospects that are looking for your business or services via the internet. Google loves video content and if your video is properly submitted online it can show up on the first page of Google when your potential customer types in keywords that are related to your business.
It’s also a lot of fun. You can literally purchase a video camera for $100-$300 and start shooting your message. There are dozens of video sites on the web just waiting for your video. And guess what? They are all free.
Tip #1
Make sure you use your “keyword” or “keyword phrase” in the video title.
Whenever you submit your video, you are asked to add a “title”. This is where you want to add your keyword(s).
If you want to be found for “Tampa Dentist”, make sure you title your video “Tampa Dentist” or “Tampa Dentist that practices no pain procedures”. Keep your keyword at the beginning of the title.
Tip #2
You will also be asked to add a description for your video. It is an absolute must that you start your description with your website address. Make sure you add the complete URL like http://tampaseocompany.com. Do not leave out the “http://”. Then be sure to add your keyword(s) as close to the beginning of the description as possible.
Tip #3
Sign up at http://tubemogul.com . It is a free service that allows you to upload your videos to several video hosting sites without having to go to each one separetly. This will save you hours of your time. The initial setup will take you a bit of time but it is well worth it. Using this free service and implementing the tips I have given you here will help you get tremendous exposure to your message and ultimately targeted, pre-sold customers and clients.
